Super Girl

I had the opportunity to make a this cake for an amazing girl who recently overcame some BIG health challenges.

Her recovery has been astounding and she's approached the difficulties like a true super hero.  I was beyond honored to get to help her celebrate her birthday.

Also this week, Brittney was headed off to her next big adventure in the big city.  Why not celebrate the adventure (or really any adventure) with cake?!

Another reason to celebrate with cake?  Retirement!

And birthdays!  (Birthdays are the default cake occasion, right?)
