Metal or Glass?


It's the eternal question - should you use a metal or glass baking pan?

If the recipe doesn't specify, consider what you are making.  Glass holds heat longer, so it's perfect for items you want to keep warm for extended periods (think casseroles).  Metal pans are perfect for bars and brownies - glass can overcook or burn these goodies.

Mmm...tasty!
