Did you know ladybugs are considered good luck? And that they are sometimes referred to as "ladybirds?" Just a little trivia to start off our jaunt through the June goodies.
Sticking with the pink scheme, how about an homage to Mrs. Mouse? I think I'm getting a bit better at building those darn hats, too...
Or maybe we could find another ladybug on here? I know there's butterflies to be found.
The cake above was for a tea party themed birthday. What better to go with tea and cake than miniature sugar cookies made to look like petit fours?
June marks the official beginning of summer (June 21st to be exact); celebrate with a beach party. Just watch out for the sharks!
Feel free to play in the sand; might want to bring a towel though.
Or maybe just enjoy roasting a few hot dogs.
Be sure to have a soda and a dessert of either ice cream or watermelon - or maybe both.

Golf?
Home improvement projects?
Gardening and yard work?
Or maybe make no plans at all...just kick back and see what life throws at you.
Hopefully, it's something sweet.
Of course, all of those fun ideas will have to be fit in around harvest.
